My Autobiographical Sketch/Narrative

 This is supposed to have some highlights and reason out why I am looking to get this PLAR done. The example ended with why the person would be an asset in their chosen field for their degree.  Plot twist.  Mine is different.  I am looking for credits for work done in this field with the hopes of spring-boarding into what I have always wanted to do - be a doctor.   _______________________________________________________ I was born on April 13, 1976, in a new and unfinished development in a small Francophone community south of Winnipeg, MB.I am the third of three girls, all so different, it can be difficult to remember we come from the same bloodline. Welcome to my Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) for Athabasca University.

If you have come here and you are not my advisor or some sort of evaluator, you are probably here by mistake. No shame, we all make mistakes :).  This is (hopefully) going to be a rundown of projects and examples I can use to achieve about 30 credits for prior learning. Then I still have at least 30 more to get through online courses. This will all lead (again, fingers crossed) to the end result of medical school.  So, basically, I am a 44 year old single mom that is looking at embarking on becoming a physician. It will be nothing if not an adventure! Let's GO!
